Today, we proudly share a new milestone in our history: we have once again been certified by Great Place To Work, solidifying our position as the sixth-best company to work for in Chile within the category of companies with over 1,000 employees.
This recognition fills us with satisfaction, but above all, it invites us to reflect on the journey we have traveled. Because, beyond the result, what truly defines us is over a decade of consistent effort, active listening, continuous learning, and a genuine commitment to building a people-centric culture—a culture where respect, collaboration, a positive work environment, and excellence are not merely stated but lived out every day.
This achievement is made possible by each of you: the field sales teams who represent our value proposition with conviction; the support teams who keep everything running smoothly; the leaders who drive action and inspire; and every employee who, in their own role, contributes to building a better workplace. This is a collective story that has enabled us to rank among the country’s best companies.
Today, we celebrate not just a ranking, but a story—one that makes us proud and, at the same time, challenges us to keep moving forward. We know that building a great organization is not a destination, but an ongoing process.
Let us continue to embrace this moment with pride, a strong sense of teamwork, and the conviction that we have already achieved the most important thing: building a culture that truly matters. And, building on that foundation, let us continue to shape the future we envision.
Congratulations and thank you to each of you for making this possible!
This recognition positions us as leaders in the AFP industry regarding talent attraction and retention, and reflects our shared commitment to building an organization where people can grow, contribute, and reach their full potential.
