This ranking recognized the 100 best large companies and 100 best small and medium-sized companies to work for in Latin America, based on surveys of more than 2.4 million workers, distinguishing 100 large companies and 100 small and medium-sized companies across the region.
This recognition was received at GPTW’s headquarters in Argentina by Isabel Garcés, Deputy Manager of Culture and Organization; Fernanda Arias, Head of Training and Organizational Development; Valentina Mora, Head of Talent Acquisition and Retention; and Claudia Duran, Head of Compensation and Labor Relations.
