In a further demonstration of its solid reputation and management, Habitat remains the leading company in its industry in the 16th edition of Merco Empresas, ranking #68 out of 200 recognized companies and #1 in its sector. This position not only reflects the excellence of our indicators but also the profound recognition of our stakeholders.

This important achievement was received by León Fernández de Castro, Planning and Development Manager, who attended the ceremony to accept the award that confirms our status as “the company with the best reputation in the sector.”

Merco, the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor, is a tool that measures the reputation of companies in Latin America, understanding that reputation is a consequence of the recognition we achieve from our stakeholders, such as the public, organizations, clients, universities, and expert evaluations that highlight the excellence of our management’s objective indicators.

The ranking is based on 61,000 surveys of various stakeholders nationwide and an analysis of 200 performance indicators from different companies, across 12 different variables answered by consumers and the general public.

In addition to measuring corporate reputation, Merco also has a monitor called Merco Talento, which measures companies’ ability to attract and retain talent, and in which Habitat also participates.
